| I agree with Dale. I think that fully half of the inner cities in Germany are still paved with "paving bricks". Of course that was in the mid 60's when I was last there. I '89, I found the same to be true in Limerick and Dingle, Ireland. |

| Thanks smurph still waiting to pick it up so far only been around a car park on it (so its a leap of faith)
I understand where you guys from in the us are coming from alot of towns and villages in europe still have cobbles ,but we only seem to have them in big citys for the tourists i think ,but these are in very small numbers .
A few villages have them to keep heratige but 99.99% is the black stuff a lot in bad condition..
