Yesterday----Southern Honda, Chattanooga, while looking at new bikes, My 2013 Leftover SilverWing......they offered $1000 trade in! Bike purchased new there, perfect, under 30,000 miles.

Explanation: they cannot seem to give away left over SilverWings and do not want to take on used ones......and of course market is dead in maxi-scoooters.

A year ago local BMW offered about same in trade.

Conclusion: I guess people wanting to buy now discontinued SilverWing as used can find some real deals.

Guess I will ride my SilverWing out to 50,000 miles plus, maybe buy next new bike/scooter outright.

They seem to be getting more popular over here.
Especially with us "old gits"
