How long until Valvey Happenings.

I`m not sure, but I imagine valve adjustment is at around 20 to 25 K or so usually.

But crikey its a business with shims, and cams out etc on this type of engine, once you get in through all the plastic etc too boot.

Has anyone done it themselves, and I just wondered if anyone has actually had it done at all.

I was mooching the free ads and ebay Silverwing wise the other day and there are Silverwings on offer around, and over the 40K mark that might simply never have been done.

If it works, use it sort of thing.

Has anyone checked at higher mileages and all been OK etc.

Or whats the longest you`ve ever heard of ?

Mines only on 10K now but I can imagine racking that up fairly quickly.
