2012 Vespa 300cc Scooter for sale $1200

Just thought I would post this link to what looks like a great deal for a 2012 Vespa scooter.  It has not been on Craigslist for too long,  but may not last.  I think the reason it hasn't disappeared is that we are into cold weather.  In spring this would be gone.  If I didn't have a good SWing, I would grab this immediately.

It's a one-owner.  Mileage is probably not too high based on year and condition in photo.

Although my link may still open to the ad,, I have gone into CL and prohibited/deleted the ad. If you now go into Craigslist, Harrisburg (PA), you will no longer see this ad.

I think that's a scam. I recall seeing a similar green scoot, so I googled it and found it also listed out in San Diego.

I always figure if its way too cheap and only has one photo or has a gmail address in the photo, it's a scam.

Good price but ugly color.

There is a 2003 SW for sale also. Craigslist.
Halderman Auto. Lebonon PA. $2450 14k miles. Not a good price but OKAY.

I don't know much about this dealer but I suspect they buy auction stuff and repair them, they have many bikes for sale.

Wow! EvilTwin, I think you're right. Thanks for the catch. Your pic shows the same bike and background as the one I found on the east coast. When I see these too good to be true Craiglist offers with no location, I hit the "prohibited" link at the top of the photo page on Craigslist. This immediately drops the ad from CL. I thought that because this ad had a specific local location, it may have been legitimate, but I think I am wrong. I was sucked in. I am going to knock it off of Craigslist. Come to think of it, a dealer probably would have scooped it up by now. The real legitimate deals don't last more than a few days.

I apologize for posting this, but it may help someone to keep from being hooked some day.

Yes, I noticed some ok deals at Haldeman, Lebanon. That's a more realistic price. I think EvilTwin found that Vespa to be a scam ad.

We got about 7-8 inches at my house. Harrisburg was claiming I think about 10.3 or so.

But it's gone and I'm still riding to the archery club on Tues. and Thurs. (only 14 miles from my house). Plan to scoot there tomorrow as long as the roads are dry when it's under 32 degrees F. One thing about that large Givi 214 screen, it really keeps the cold air off the chest, to the point that my full face tends to fog up if I go under 50 mph.

When you hit the "prohibited" button on a Craigslist ad, it does not automatically remove it from the listings. It counts as one vote and it takes multiple votes to permanently remove it. It does remove it from your view, but it's still visible to others. These "too good to be true" listing usually get flagged off pretty quickly, but keep up the good work and keep flagging them.

I wasted a day driving 400 miles one time for a majesty 400 on CL for $1200 dollars once.
The pos gave me a bogus address where to meet and didn't answer phone until I used another one.

Then of course it's those laim booty dealers who post
on private owner lists.

Same price for a 2012 Vespa here.

It's a good deal for $1200 Lot's of laffs...
