| Found this for sale at a Dealer. CTX 700 DTC. $8999 I'm not sure I like this type of trike after following a few of similar ones over some rougher roads. Feedback from front wheels comes back up to bars. Never road one so who knows? Track And Trail is dealer . Up near State Collage PA. |

| With the 600cc Cam-Am Ryker for not much more money new out there I don't see the point in this CTX 700 conversion. The Honda CTX700 was already rated at a boring, uninspired bike to begin with. And that combo isn't very sexy at all. |

Somehow that just reads funny coming from a Silverwing rider. We ride a motorcycle that doesn't do any one thing exceptionally well, but does many things pretty darn well. And to some, that all adds up to a boring, uninspired ride. A month ago, I was just about to pull the trigger on a low mileage, pristine CTX700 DCT. When I sat down and did the pro/con list of it as compared to the SWing, the SWing was a run away winner ... hands down. The results of this analysis and how I valued what the SWing is all about actually surprised me quite a bit. No more CTX700 DCT itch for me. |

| I have two fellow riders that have the CTX 700 DCT. In town they like them but on a trip they both envy the SW performance and power in the twisties. |

Aye ... there's one of the rubs. There really is no storage space unless you add it. |

| There is always a trade off with motorcycles. Those CTX's are pretty bullet proof, likely handles real nice too. 3 track vehicles can't avoid holes as well as 2 track and such but if there is a need/want for three wheels they have their charms. Second hand seems to be how to buy them cause the resale can be spotty. When the wife comes along it's on the Burgie 650 trike. If not, I have a choice...SW or trike |
