Used 2009 purchase what should I be checking out?

Thanks for the add.  Looking at buying 2009 Silverwing w/10K miles. Anything specific I should be checking out before I commit. New to scooters,  but experienced motorcycle owner. Sadly age is catching up to me....

My first would to ask for maintaence records if there are any. When I bought my 05 I changed all the fluids cleaned up the drive system and put a new belt on, new plugs and air filter. Tires would be a norm and maybe a head bearing check. Oh and change brake fluid.
