Pillions..

My friend's BMW R1150 dumped in it's britches again (driveshaft).  Like me, he's an ageing motorcyclist-only and uses two wheels for all his domestic runs.

Last time it was out of service (the starter ring-gear) I gave him my Silver wing  for the duration. This time a mutual friend offered his 500 Gilera tri-scooter.

The reaction from his family is uniformly negative. They all thought they were getting the Swing again. It's not just the seating - there are lots of complaints about wind noise and buffeting.

The Swing is definitely preferred to the BMW too.
