Hi,

Think a few aware of this common issue and there has been various fixes mentioned.

Up to the dealer to sort but as a interim fix I have put a small piece of firm sponge either side of the latch area and works a treat, no more digging out an implement at every fuel fill up.

I've had no issues so far with the fuel flap sticking on my similarly styled Forza 300.

I'm well aware though that if you release the fuel latch on the Forza to fill up before you get off, you could catch the raised fuel flap with your foot as you swing your leg over the tunnel. Possibly damaging or misaligning the fuel flap.
