| Not me...but my Partner, Allie. She's always been a great pillion and I've missed riding with her. Today we went for a short ride to see how she got on, it was fine. After her stroke, she lost the use of her left arm and her left leg is a bit dodgy but her core strength is good. Getting her on the bike was something akin to bundling a sack of spuds up a staircase, but getting off was easier! Fitting the intercom was a great move. I'm planning on making some armrests before we take on any long journeys. A trip to Belgium is on the cards. A momentous day! |

| It's more common than you might think but hey, gotta get back on the Horse! Thankfully, the SW lends itself to accommodating a pillion more comfortably |

| Good for you Allie. It’s so nice to hear that you are recovering.
Keep up the good work. Effort = Results.
Chris has been posting some specious sh*t here on the forum lately. He needs someone riding pillion to give him a dope slap upside the head when he starts having those ideas.

| Allie says: "Thank you for your kind comments; With regard to Tim's comment about slapping Chris upside the head, he has a horrible habit of taking a wrong right turn in France and a wrong left turn in Belgium whenever we go Leuven in Belgium. I now slap him on the relevant side of the head to remind him which way to turn, I call it 'SlapNav'". |
