There was a lovely blue Silverwing parked outside this place, but, by the time I'd got my camera ready...he'd ridden off!

At least it is better than the "plucked chicken" last month! Good job.

Camera! Who actually carries a camera these days unless it's on your phone. 

But hold on, I was in Ireland the weekend before last and there were tourists decked out in souvenir Ireland sweatshirts snapping away in the grounds of Blarney Castle, near Cork with proper cameras. 

Being not in the slightest bit interested in kissing the Blarney Stone, especially in this post Covid world, I waited for Mrs M and daughter in law to climb up the narrow steps up to the battlements of Blarney Castle to be hung upside down to do it.

I hope you got a picture of that scene Meldrew; can the Blarney Stone get Covid?

I didn't take any pics because I opted to stay below with the buggy with my baby grandson in it. There are a couple of pics of the ladies up there on the online Family album. 

What anti- Covid measures are in place up there at the Blarney Stone I've no idea.  Once upon a time there never used to be safety railings below it to stop you plummeting to the ground as you were dangled under it.
