| Brackets, unfortunately no…there was a vendor on eBay that was making them to elevate and mildly push back the buttrest, but they have been MIA for some time. There was a company called Utopia that made backrests and I just tried to access their site unsuccessfully so I don’t know if they’re still in business or not. There are threads here about making your own brackets if you’re so inclined- I removed my buttrest completely and covered the seat with a mesh cover, now using a tail pack as my backrest and it works well.
The only other production way is a Corbin seat and backrest, but then you’re talking an expensive upgrade. |

| Thanks.... I had a Silverwing years ago. I shaped 2 pieces of iron and made my own. Worked great although I had to take it off and on until I got the angle correct for my back. |

| Apparently, the Utopia Backrest is still available. I fitted one to my first Silverwing and found it just right for me. I made a folding prop to keep the seat open as the thing is quite heavy. In all other aspects, it was perfect.
