Searching for Honda or After Market Part

Hey All, for a couple of upcoming mods, I am looking to replace the plastic handle bar cover with just a "round collar" that will sit/be fastened to the rotating base of the handlebars.

At one time, Honda provided one PN# 08F83-MFT-800 called the Handle Center Cover.  All of the places I have checked show it as discontinued and unavailable. Below is a link to what it looks like.

Can anybody steer (not sorry for the pun) me in the right direction? I know I could fabricate one but it wouldn't be as nice as the OEM or other aftermarket designed unit.
