| No. It was/is? a separate passenger backrest that bolted on under the "rack".

| I'm not sure if the Givi tb3115 would fit, it looks very similar to the tb19. |

| I'd say you're a bit late to the party wanting the Givi TB19 passenger back rest for your Silver Wing. For a start neither Givi or sister company Kappa have it on their websites.
I can remember when the back rest was available, but Honda ceased production of the Silver Wing years ago and It was a niche accessory anyway, most customers want screens and luggage from Givi.
It''s a lot simpler and more practical to have a Givi passenger back rest fitted to a Givi top box clamped to a Givi Monokey rear rack. A lot more comfortable for the passenger on long distances too.
