| 'On Any Sunday'. There was a very good TV programme shown last week about the making of it.. Having been reminded, I ordered the DVD from Amazon there and then! |

| Hi Jon and Mike. Good call. For those who haven't seen it.....well ya oughta! While kayaking at Wakonda State Park today....blue white sky, yellow sun, ,82 degrees, I got to thinking about favorite two wheeler scenes. I know this wasn't a movie, but the sit-com Green Acres has Eb, the hired hand, borrowing money to buy a mini-bike from Oliver Wendell Douglas....wants to ask his sweety out........and rides the Rupp, Charger, Fox or whatever 3.5 horsepower Briggs and Stratton "every kid wants one", across the yard and right through the house. A highly educated 6th grade graduate like myself, and Jethro Bodeine only likes the high brow humor ya know. Jeff. Should we remake Easy Rider with a couple of us 60 yr. olds, riding Silverwings?.....What would we call It?? |

| Any one remember "LiL Faus and Big Halsy"?
Opening dialogue
"Ah was winnin an Ah fell offfff"
Not the best, but funny.
My favourite is a movie called STONE. Stone has a large cult following here in Oz. It was set in Sydney and was considered rather risque for its day. Just found this site, http://www.motorbiker.org/motorbiker.nsf/MoviesTitles!OpenView&Start=26.66&Count=12&Expand=26#26

| Hey Kurt. Just Youtube'd your suggestion. Looks like really good racing footage .....two strokes mixed with old BSA and Triumph four stroke singles...... And then Robert Redford says...." Cycles is a mean toy"......... I gotta see this movie. Thanks Jeff. |

| MI2, where Tom Cruise is riding a Street Triple and doing stoppies with road tires. In the next scene, his Triple is on the beach, driving on sand, with big honkin' knobbby tires. And I thought NASCAR had quick tire changes! |

| Hi DSP. SURE! We might as well make up these rules as we go along. Hi BB. Sometimes it's so obvious. Flying down the highway on the Triple, and sudenly the hero is on a CR 250. Good call. Hey Tank. I'll try to find it. Thanks, Jeff. How about Barney Fife on his police bike? |

| Jeff, Maybe my taste in movies is slipping a bit, but I think Wild Hogs is a entertaining movie. The bull slapping is darn funny part of the story. |

| Jeff, Do you remember the TV show "Cross Roads". My old 59 Harley was used in the pilot for that TV series. After that they went to a shovel head.
Bill, I will always be first in line to slap the bull. I'm just that way. |
