Livermore Ca

Does anyone on this forum live in or near Livermore California ?
I may be going there this winter and will be looking for a retired riding buddy. Also advice on where to ride .

I live in Fremont, Ca which is just about 15 miles away. I'm not retired but I can tell you some really good rides out here. The Bay area really has some great rides here.

I will likely go there in March ,when we decide for sure I will let you know .
If we do come there I will definitely look you up . having some one to ride with would be great .

Get in touch with me with you come here. There is some great riding here and the good thing about the bay area is the micro-climates. It may be raining in one place but go 30 miles and the weather it fine. Although the winter is the rainy time but it doesn't rain all the time.

Well its not looking like we will be going to Livermore this winter .We are going to try ,the hill country near San Antonio TX . It is closer and the precipitation is lower . We think we have a better shot at good weather there . We are taking two silver wings and one Kawasaki Vulcan . There are some ride videos on U tube that look great .

Nice area.

There are several day trips that would be nice from there.

The weather in San Antonio will be pretty decent in the winter, except you can expect it to get colder than a witche's ... at night. =)

We are from Canada we will think it is balmy if it is above zero .
The year before last I was in Mercedes the month of Feb .I wore
shorts and a T shirt the whole month .I didn't go last winter because I had heart surgery . I heard it was pretty chilly last winter .
