| Has anybody had any dealings with this guy . I paid for a tunnel bag on 11/1/10 thru paypal. I have not heard from him about a shipping date . sent him 3 emails with no reply for the last 3 days.Just want to know the status and can get no answer. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

| I've had good service from him. A quality product, with quick delivery to the UK. I lost my restraining strap and he shipped new one FOC. |

| he did the same to me. no emails and got very upset when i questioned paypal about the charge. like i said, he has no buisiness skills. he just takes orders and fills them when he gets the product. the bag is well made and easy to install. if that helps any?

| 12 days and not received. I'd go to paypal and file a claim. No excuse for that kind of service. |

| I use a Cortech Mini Tank Bag as a tunnel bag and hang it from my custom-made strap in the little square hole under the handlebars. |

I wonder if his customer service skills have improved? Daryl, you just completed your payment of $79.95. Your PayPal transaction ID for this payment is: 0K432344FVXXXXXXX. |

| Just bumping this to the top again; Colin was asking about my system and it may be of interest to those who've joined since the Topic was started.
There are step-by-step pictures in my Album and I can explain anything which isn't clear. |

| Hi ValMSK, have u since received the bag? I wanted to make an order but the delivery feedback seems scary Also, would like ask if the clear top map pocket is indeed waterprooof? I just went to try on a shad scooter bag at my local dealer I link the Image from webbikeworld but u can see official page at Shad sc30 tunnel bag It sits above our silverwing seat height and eats into the crotch area, not very comforting to our private parts lol So I would like to ask if the tunnel bag from silverwingstuff have the above issues as well. (if its profile is too high and too wide to close ur leg etc) Appreciate any input. |

| Hi Swinger_FJS400,
No, I have not received the bag yet. I tried to contact DJ Ellis many times, but I never received any answer from him. Paypal have returned my money since they also have no luck in contacting him.
I have seen this bag. Several members of our Silver Wing Club Russia have them. All I can say that it is well-made and it fits very good silver wing tank space. It sits on the same level with seat.
I have written another email to DJ Ellis (found another business of him - lbvphoto.com). May be he will answer..
Ride safe Val |

| I just received the Givi EA105 Easy Range Tunnel Bag from PCA-One.com and it fits perfectly in the Silverwing tunnel and is just at seat height. You might want to look at this bag. |

Ride safe Val lol stalker! Thanks for the feedback Val, much appreciated. Its really a pity, such a good product with non respeonsive marketing I think paypal have a refund policy of up to 45 days, I may be willing to wait until the 44th day before I raise a dispute for refund because I have yet t find something close to this. - RichG wrote:

You might want to look at this bag. Thanks, just spend some time reading up. I really wanted a tunnel bag with clear map pocket on top so that I can put a GPS or Tablet in it for secondary map support when i ride overseas |
