| Has anybody come across a screen like this before please - or has anybody actually got one and can tell me what they think of it?? http://www.myscooterparts.co.uk/auto-scooter-parts-and-accessories/screens/0/biondi/honda-silverwing-600/ They appear to be well made and significantly less expensive than the give item - that they no longer list as fitting my bike I may add! Thanks in advance |

| I had a Biondi screen on my Suzuki Burgman AN400 K5, it was well made, easy to fit, and a few inches too tall for me, I'm 5' 11'. What is it with Italian made screens they seem to think we prefer to look through them, rather than over them.
I couldn't be bothered cutting it down, so I built up my Airhawk seat cushion with layers of camping mat cut to fit. It worked pretty well most of the time, the exception being at night time when it was raining when I had to occasionally had to move my head to the side to clear the visor. |

| Just fitted my new screen to the Swing and can confirm that it makes one heck of a difference! I've also found out what that annoying little rattle I have is....... Looks like somebody has been in there before me and broken off the two lugs that hold the bottom of the screen cover on - not much I can do about that! However, while installing the screen I also put some self adhesive foam insulation on the inside of the screen cover and this appears to have dampend down the rattle some what, or it could be that I was wearing a police issue BMW Sonic helmet and its a dam sight quieter than my old Caberg J+1!!! Either way I'm a happy chappy, will report what the boss says from a pillion of of view and post pictures when we go out for a ride next. |
