| I subscribe to several of the motorcycle mags, my favorite being Rider. I also get Motorcyclist, Cycle World, Motorcycle Consumer News, Cruiser, Motorcycle Tour and Travel. But none of them have much, if anything, on maxi-scooters or accessories for them. Wondered what others thought about this. |

| I get a few of the magazines you mentioned, really enjoy them but like you would like to see more on Scooters. It's a shame that there's not more out there for the Scooter Rider since Scooters are becoming more and more popular. Maybe one day someone will wise up and realize there's some money to be made from us. |

| There really isn't a magazine for us at all. Road Runner used to have s scooter write-up every month but that seems to have stopped. Scooter Rider Magazine used to be the only magazine out there, and you can order back issues of that magazine if you want, but B.J. sold it a couple of years ago. It seems like a magazine just for us would sell big time. |

| Unfortunately, I think that we are reading about the only magazine that will serve our purpose. I worked in the magazine subscription fulfillment business for over 25 years and noted that the general magazine business on decline as the internet became more of a household thing. |

This may be true. but I still won't take my computer into the "library" bathroom to..... shall we say read. The "library" is a great place to catch up on my reading of manuals and magazines first thing in the morning. Have a great day bob |

| To Bob, Bill and Gene. The lap top quandary will never strike me -- I don't have one, never will. This 5 or 6 year old iMac is as near a computer as I will venture now or in the future. I still subscribe to two daily newspapers.
I simply don't have the passion needed to read about "motorcycles, etc." in the library, Garrison Keillor's column works fine. |

| There is just no way you can "READ" a printed page and get the same information you can get from the internet. This and other forums are alive with information almost instantly. If you write the editor of a newspaper or magazine, you have to wait to see if you get an answer and it may be weeks, if ever. Try to time a response to a request here sometime. I have had folks almost type over my post before the electrons stop whirling. Also, if you don't think Jeffs detailed posts with pictures isn't worth the price of subscription here, ask for your money back. Wow... look for that the next time you pick up The New York Post. And finally, spend a little time on You Tube looking at the videos of things there. I have actually SEEN and HEARD my v-belt in action. I have seen tires actually on the road moving at 60+ mph. Look for that in Sports Cycle Mag. This is available anywhere in the world you access it. I am only 64. I have been blessed to grow up in the electronic age. Those of us here on this forum are very fortunate to be a part of that experience. Excuse me, I gotta go potty now. Gary |

| I'm known to take a magazine, newspaper (yeah, I still subscribe to one), or my laptop. Unless it's an emergency, I always stop to get reading material. |
