| Firstly I apologise if this has been addressed before.
I've removed my Givi Monolock box from my Burgman and want to fit it to the Wing when I get it. Is it just a matter of drilling the existing carrier to accomodate the Givi plate? I asked my dealer when I bought the bike but they say 250 GBP (370 USD) but I think that is for a Honda Box and plate. Your help is appreciated.
Thanks, Bob |

| On the underside of the dinner table, err the handgrip spoiler thingy, there are 4 drill hole locations which seem to be designed for the Honda top box. Ive drilled these out and used vulcanised rubber mounts (6mm) to which I fitted the pad for my top box. The rubber mounts "give" under the top box making a more pleasant ride for the pillion.

| The Givi info indicates that the rack attachment hardware are completely different between the Burgy and the Swing.
have a look at http://www.twistedthrottle.com/trade/productlist/137/45/45 middle of page for the Honda and http://www.twistedthrottle.com/trade/productlist/137/90/45 middle of page for the Suzuki |

| Thanks chaps. That answers my question. (A) There are preformed pattern holes and (B) the plate that I have will fit as it's a waffle design. The first link shows a Monokey installation and I have te requisite plate for my Monolock.
I'm a happy camper now and won't have to fork out large sums of money.
Grateful thanks, Bob |
