| My legs get a little cramped on longer rides because there is not enough room to stretch them out with the stock footrests. Has anybody come up with some outboard footrests that would be placed next to the existing footrests but farther forward? I'm not sure how they could be mounted securely. The existing footrests are not very strong. Perhaps a bracket that attaches to the frame underneath and then comes up the sides? In any case, let me know whatever you have come up with that works. Thanks!

| 99% of the knowledge of board members regarding foot rests, pegs, highway pegs, freeway pegs, cruise boards, running boards, and all the other names for these things which might come up on the search function (That's a not so subtle hint) is already on the board.
If after reading up on the subject you have more specific questions about what has already been posted, I'm sure those of us who have any personal knowledge on the subject will be happy to answer them. |

| Thanks Dan. I'll do the research as you suggest (using the six keywords you listed, and any others I can think of). If I come up with any specific questions after that I'll let everybody know. |
