| I'm blowing the headlight fuse. Do both headlights light when the hi-beam is on or does the low beam go out?
Thanks |

| On mine (2007) the low beam stays on when the hi beam comes on. |

| I found out that my headlight fuse blows when I turn the handle bars full right. After further examination, I can pull on one of the accelerator cables and blow the fuse. A volt-ohm-meter shows the fused side of the headlight fuse goes grounded when the ignition swith is on and I pull on one of the accelerator cables.
The accelerator cables are very tight when in this position, and must be rubbing agains the wireing harness. I have not tore the bike apart yet to do further examination.
Anyone ever had this problem? |
