So, When I pump my bike up and down I hear a squeaking from the front shocks / springs. Might be OK on a hotel bed but I don't like it on my bike.
Am I likely to be dry in the front shocks? Any other suggestions / thoughts?
I've been hearing squeaking for a while and thought it was in back - have been spraying WD-40 and eventually Silicone on rear springs, which seemed to help a little. I tried silicone on front part that goes into the black collar but no luck.
16,160 miles on the bike. 90 more and I will have ridden 6000 miles.
The suspension has been squeaking at me for about 1000 miles. Panic or just keep riding? Yup, time for the 16000 mile checkup and belt change.
