| Well now this is the first swing i have owned and so far i am totally impressed with it, but here is my question the bike feels as though it loses drive if you throtle off going down hil and feels as if its free wheeeling is this normal . toch the throtle and drive comes back takes some getting used to ar is it me being ignorant of the bikes workings . | Derek, it WILL freewheel when your speed drops below 15 mph. Just apply a little throttle and it will re-engage. |

| The one problem I had ridding with BIG bikes for 480 miles was the coasting, going around turns down hill. I had to use the breaks more than I liked, but I still managed to stay in front of 90 percent of them, kick a** The only draw back I have found, so far after 23000 miles. |

| Now that sounds good to me , bought the bike because i have a few medicall issues coming up on me and at 50 i am NOY even going to think about giving up my passion for bikes. DEREKJ |

Actually, it will freewheel any time the RPMs drop below ~2000 RPMs. So you could be in freewheel while coasting lickety-split down a long hill. And with no engine braking during that time your brakes are gonna be s'moke'n. But as BillC says, [under normal situations] just apply more throttle and the clutch will re-engage. |
