| Guys and Ladies I hear alot about using sliders rather then the rollers and weights. With the rollers and weights do you get more vibration out of rthem OR are the sliders better? Also what kind of mileage do you get using the sliders? Soes the silverwing picck up speed faster then using the rollers and weights?See i have the rollers and weights on my swing and there is alot of vibration. WILL that vibration go away with the sliders? AND are they easy to install?
