Texas Visit

Hi Yo,

I was down in McKinney, TX a couple of weeks ago. Drove down with some friends for a wedding. Didn't want to jinx the weather by saying anything. We had a warm beginning of the week and it got cool towards the end. Got to golf.

No rain or snow? Had a nice time at the wedding.

Wish I had my Swing with me.

At the beginning of the week it got to the mid 80's by the time we left the high was in the 50's lows at night near 40. This was the first time I visited in October. I have been there in Jan, Feb, March and April. it has snowed when I have been there. As Hi Yo will be the first to tell you.

I once camped in August. I will never do that again.

Cathy, I was afraid the wedding had been moved to New Jersey. I think that coming by car must have fooled the weather gods. I'm glad you had good weather for your visit.

Hi Yo, you are probably right. I came down in my friends car so that was probably another reason for good weather. One of these trips down I would like to meet up with you and Dennis. Maybe, Bob and I can ride down one of these times. Just not in the middle of summer. I have more time off from my job then he does so it's tough to get away together. When we do it is usually during the summer months because of his job.
