| I found a site that has very good manuals, with parts lists and exploded view diagrams. http://minus.com/ldQKX7s27VPWk |

| Is there a difference between US and UK models? Are the handlebars on the other side? |

| Here is a link to a $30(delivered in USA) Honda Service Manual that is very useful if you plan to do any service work or just want to know how your scooter works: http://store03.prostores.com/servlet/manualwizard/the-278/Honda-SilverWing-FSC600-FSC600A/Detail
If you want exploded parts diagrams with currens (USA) part numbers you can go to many online sources - such as: http://www.hondapartshouse.com/oemparts/c/honda_scooter/parts

| Thanks for the link Dimond. Am I right to assume then that the differences between the US and UK models will be more related to emissions, lights etc and the US manual should be suitable for servicing and repairs to either model. As for the handlebars, looking closely at the pictures they appear to be the same |

I really don't know the specific differences between the models sold in the USA and those sold elsewhere - sorry. |

| I believe, emissions, possible the HISS locking system, electrics - specifically the power outlet in the left glove box. Struggling to think of any more!!! I think mine is set up for both left and right hand riding!!!!!!!!! |

| Thanks Doug I tried to buy a UK manual from a Honda dealer but was told they don't print them anymore. I may look out for one on e-bay and if one doesn't come up soon buy a US version Paul |

| Hig, if you do buy from the States contact the seller.
The chap I bought mine from put on the customs chit/import declaration form; 'Used motorcycle manual' value $1. As a result I paid no import tax on the manual.
I paid $36 for mine and $18 postage. Still value for money even if just using it to take panels off and the odd strip down of brakes!!
If I see one on ebay I'll give you a shout.

| Thanks for the advice Doug. The link Dimond supplied takes you to a seller offering the manual for $25 plus $12 postage so that sounds good. I only want one for simple repairs and services so I will probably go with that Paul |

| Just beware that the delivery guy MAY ask for ££££'s in import duty if bought from abroad. It was something I wasn't aware of but itwas brought to my attention by a UPS driver! |

| I think that if you/they use UPS or Fedex you will inevitably get nailed for tax and handling etc. If things arrive by other means you can be lucky and escape (but not always !!!) |

Mine was via UPS, I found out the import tax during a friendly chat with a UPS driver at work. Useful chat as it happened. |

The British (and Spanish, Italian...) have been making right-foot shift bikes for decades, until it was standardized to the left in the 1970's. But did you know that in the UK some bikes were built with left-hand throttle controls, like this 1913 Premier... |

| Ordered the manual using the link Dimond supplied. It arrived yesterday 8 days after ordering, total cost was £24 or $37 including postage from the US and no extra UK tax. Paul |
