Eating healthy

Finally got a break in the weather after two lousy weeks of
cold, sleet, snow and rain. So I got a change to get the
Silverwing out today .
To celebrate, and realizing at my advanced age I need to start
eating healthier, I went to Denny's and had Chicken Fried Steak
for lunch.
Forecast is not so good for the next two days but I might be able to get the wing out again on Wednesday.

Do they also serve chicken Wings ???

And this is anything but eating healthy.

But what a menu!!!!! Drooling just thinking about one!

Sounds like a good place to eat except for the brew , I'd rather have a Guinness !

I don't remember Chicken Wings on the menu but there's plenty of other
places around here to get those.
Rain and or snow again in the forecast today .
Can't wait till Spring to finally get here !

I've got another two and a half months before I have to go back to the
doctor again. In the meanwhile I can feast on Chicken Fried Steak and whatever other "healthy" foods I desire

Keeping to the 'eating healthy' topic - I lunched on fish finger sandwich and curly fries. (no horse bits) I was supposed to travel 80 miles to do it, but the A338 north of Salisbury was shut and I ended up wandering around the Wiltshire countryside trying to get back on course to Swindon.
My 160 mile day turned in to 200miles - but it was warm (+8C) dry and sunny!
