Goldwing owner but becoming a Silver Wing Fan

I recently purchased a used 2004 SW with about 23K and a few accessories already installed (Honda Windshield with vent, back rest, rear GIVI knockoff, etc). Brought it home with a little shake in the front end but after having a complete service it runs great!

I originally purchased this for my wife if she choose to get her license. In reality I knew she probably would not so this was going to be more of a commuter bike. Saying that we have taken it on a couple 100 mile trips and we both enjoyed the roads in NE TN.

Looking foward to learn a lot about this bike on this forum just like I learned a lot on the GW forums. I can see that SW owners are going to be just as friendly and helpful as the GW owners.

Welcome! I always see a lot of Goldwingers when I am out on a longer ride, and they seem like the friendliest people in the word of riding. They always have something nice or helpful to say. Motorcycle people as a rule are great, of course - but the Wing people are my favorites!

Some Harley owners won't look or talk to you ,but when you pass them on the HWY They don't believe that a scooter smoked them.
