I am new to this forum. Wife has an 08, and I just bought an 02.
Fleet includes an 02 Reflex and an 05 Suzuki Burgman 400.

| Valerie, welcome back this is your first post after your introduction. Good to hear from you again. You must not have had any problems with your SilverWing.  You must be having fun with your Wing. How many miles have you put on it? Is Lee who you are referring to as "dear"? I have to say I can't remember anyone else get such a personal welcome. I do hope you are the wife Lee is referring to. | Yes. Lee and Valerie are married to each other and to our Swings. Lee has had various bikes for years but I got my first bike last summer: a 93 Honda Elite 80cc. Got my endorsement, outgrew the Elite and found the Silverwing by happenstance all in about 5 weeks. Never thought I'd have "that large " of a bike!! Always wanted a mini bike as a kid.
Spent my 60th riding after 2 hip replacements and yesterday took NM 536 up to Sandia Crest: elevation 10532 a great twisty ride! I've put about 1300 miles on it since Sept 2012 cruising and learning. No problems with it: previous owner had dropped it so bought it with blemishes. Added a few of my own due to loose gravel and deep.sand shoulders. Rats! But only make the same.mistake.once! |
