| hi all, i'm Lionel, i'm 37 years old, married with two children. I live in France, on the french Riviera, Cannes.
My Silverwing 600 is '02 and have about 43000 kilometers.
It just take the place of an old Honda Foresight 250.
The Silverwing is greater than my old 250 one ! I'm very statisfied about this.
I'll follow this forum to find hints and tips !
But the first question, my saddle doesn't open a large way is it normal ?

| Welcome lioil. The seat does not raise very far. You can check the seat strut to see if it is fully extended. Also you can type seat strut into the search function (upper left hand corner) to get much more information. There is a wealth of information.

| A film, coating or filter would subtract light passing through the screen, making the screen darker. It would also be very difficult to apply a flat filter to the curved surface. |

| Welcome to the forum. If you need a wider access to under your seat, you could just remove the strut. This would allow you a wider access. Just lean the seat on the windshield. |

| Gadget here from the U K Just for info just done a 1000 miles in France used auto routes 130km and many D roads I kept up with 1200 bandits to above 90 mph at times. I collected all fuel receipts and averaged 60.30 mpg, my wing is a 2010 it was consistent 150 miles it was down to 1 bar on fuel gauge and took average of 12 lt so at 13 miles to a lt it may have a range of 175 miles and a few miles left over |
