| Hi Guys,
I am currently the owner of a 2005 Yellow Honda Helix. I have been wanting to upgrade to a larger scoot for some time but have yet to do so. I have looked at Burgman 400/650 Kymco 500, Majesty 400, Aprilia Atlantic 500, etc... I have an opportunity to purchase a used silverwing with 5k on the clock and am very seriously considering it. I will of course let ya'll know if and when I purchase. For the time being, though, I will be happy to browse and see what is on this forum. |

| I have had two Helix. My last is an 04 Yellow one that I bought in 05. I have loved that bike. I put 7 thousand on last summer. I finally decided to move up to a bigger bike and just bought an 09 red Silverwing. It's still at the dealership. I'm having the seat cut down since I'm only 5'2". I love the Helix but the wind really pushes me and I thought with the extra weight and the bigger tires that might help. I'm so excited to ride the new bike and get used to it. I want to take longer rides this summer and everyone who owns one says it is great on trips. I have never had any problems with the last three Hondas I have had and that is important to me. |

| Welcome,
You live in a really great area for riding. The East TN / West NC area has some great roads.
Good luck with your search for your bike. We (wife and I) really like our SilverWings for the tremendous reliability and sheer fun they provide us. They are great bikes. |
