Returned from trip

In Mar of this year, on purchase of new Suzuki TU 250 I  said I would ride it to all 4 corners of the US in 2013---so far 3 Key West. Wash state/BC and Maine/Quebec.

Got back fromBC  Mon, 5940miles/back roads/ 100 degree F temps killed camping. 60.2 mpg---took my Burgman 400 as I thought storage space nice to have----buffeting and the feet forward became painful after 400 miles.  So far have only used the TU on the Maine/Quebec leg---DEC will use TU to San Diego.MEX. 15 years ago or so I did the 4 corners with Helix and BMW K-75.

I wa gone 16 days===time lost in Neb, tire change...I carried new tire with me, visiting friend in Seattle. No days over 400 miles=heat and buffeting.

Congrats John, that's a bunch. To bad about the temps; camping is one of the best parts of a tour. I've only had my scooter a couple months, but can't imagine that many miles on a scooter. I have been to 47 states on my 83 G-wing over the years. Only 2 states on the s-wing so far; that will probably be it. Sounds like your not slowing down; good riding to ya! harley

Nice trip...  I myself just did 6 states and am visiting family in Oklahoma.  I was able to ride the last day here 526 miles, never did that befor on a bike but the Wing/Voyager Trike Kit is a great match.
