Testing the elements

I'm riding in the Toys for Tots ride next week (barring rain or snow). I have a heated jacket and wired for more. So I'm going to take a ride today (not sure how far) to see if I need to order the rest of the heated gear and have it expressed shipped. Wish me luck!

Dennis, is there a heated seat warmer option?

Whew! It's cold! I'm glad I haven't started selling my ski gear. Not too bad, but I might be leading the pack to keep everyone moving! LOL

Did you wear the new gloves you bought Thursday?

I use my heated gear on the Swing when I am planning on being out for awhile during the winter, but we don't get the kind of winters here that the Northern Midwest gets.... like Chicago.

I am originally from South Dakota and I wouldn't be riding there now.... but here in Seattle, just have to dress to keep the rain out, so Frog Toggs and electric coat and gloves and I am good to go.

CathyN, I did wear my new gloves. They weren't too bad, but needless to say, I didn't go to far. I think I may have to get my heated pants before Christmas :-)
