| I know this is on the forum - somewhere - just can't find it.
I am looking to find a 'reliable' (one you have had success with) online (web) parts supplier with good pricing AND free shipping (hopefully) if I buy a few hundred dollars worth of parts? Hope you can help! |

| Dunno about free shipping, but I've had great success using Partzilla (http://www.partzilla.com/parts/search/Honda/Scooter/2003/FSC600D+AC/parts.html) for all my parts for several years now. Service Honda used to be the go-to source but Partzilla prices & shipping became the better bargain. That said, I did recently get an email from Service Honda saying that they've taken another look at their prices. HTH

| I had problems ordering the plastic Tupperware from Partzilla. They would not send me anything that required a box larger than 2x2 ft. My order was going to be around $1k and still they would not service my order. Had to go to Service Honda. Great service. |

| Thanks Tim and WingMan02 - Just ordered over $250 of mechanical parts - no plastic - thanks for the tips. Normally I order from local honda dealer - but ordering online for a bigger order saves me a bunch - free shipping over $250 -and their shipping rates for under $250 seem decent compared to others I have seen. |

| I too have been using cheapcycleparts and never have a problem also much cheaper than dealer. If out of of stock here in USA it never takes more than 2 weeks and they tell you up front.

Tim I checked a few parts and Partzilla prices are about 15% less than CheapCycelParts(CCP) - plus CCP has no 'free shipping' level. So, on my approximate $300 order I saved about $60 using Partzilla over CCP. On real small orders the 15% may not add much in savings - but the shipping fee from Partzilla is about $10 less than CCP. I plan to use Partzilla for my bigger orders as long as quality and delivery time do not suffer - and plan to continue using my dealer for small orders as I have dealers close to me and the dealers are more flexible on returns - plus I get a 15% discount - have to pay tax - and do not need to pay shipping. Not saying the above approach is for everyone - but it seems to work for me. I will let you know if I have any issues with Partzilla as this is my first time using them. Thanks to this forum I was able to gain access to quality web parts providers while saving a (for me) substantial amount. |

My local dealer gives our local club a 20% discount also, and even on non Honda stuff I don't pay shipping. They also don't charge shipping to return stuff under warranty. I just returned a three year old helmet that the vizier was not retracting and it cost me nothing. I took the liner out to use in my other helmet as I like to wash the one I'm not wearing so I can just swap it out when it gets sweaty. When I got my helmet back it had a new liner and I paid nothing for shipping, the liner, or the repair. |

FYI - I ordered my Partzilla parts online on a Friday - they said they would ship the next Wednesday - but they did not ship until the following Friday - and I got them the following Thursday. I think they had to come across the country via UPS Ground. So, for this order, everything arrived just fine, but took 13 days from ORDER to DELIVERY - for me I will need to plan ahead when using Partzilla - two weeks is a bit of a wait if my SWing is apart - my dealer takes nearly a week (they always say it is going to be a few days - but ends up being nearly a week). |
