I have recently bought a 2007 FJS600 in very good overall condition with 13200Ks on the clock . The service history is a bit sketchy so I am gradually working my way through a major service to establish a base for future servicing .To that end I have found this forum to be invaluable with its wealth of info and pictures. Keep them coming and maybe I could contribute something useful in the future.

Welcome to the forum.

Please let us know how you get on with your servicing. Are you a 'check book' or DIY servicer? If of the DIY persuasion then you might want to have a belt on hand for the inevitable "16,000 mile" belt change interval when the "V" light comes on. Dunno what your 13200K's equates in miles though.

Yeah mate welcome.
Careful what you write, the (whispered)Poms will be right onto you! I've managed to keep them onside, just don't mention the weather.
Where abouts in Adelaide are you?

I'm in Belmont Perth.

G'day mate, it's nice to see a Sand Groper and now a Pom welcoming a Crow Eater, all we need now is a Tasmanian we can give a 'high six' to!  Smile

Say no more, I read a post somewhere from a Tasmanian rider who was very pleased he could store both his helmets under the Silver Wings seat, and needed help finding six fingered gloves.

I think I had better go back to school and learn your language, because I have not the foggiest idea of what you are all talking about. ha Ha  :lol!:
My mom was from England and the only words that she passed down to me were (the hood of a car is a bonnett) and fogiest.

John D:   Lesson #1  A trunk is a suitcase, not a boot OK! repeat that 5 times.
Lesson #2 Before one washes the clothes, one needs to soak these clothes in a TROUGH. One OUGHT to think this THROUGH before one thinks that it is ENOUGH. Repeat that 5 times too

There endeth the English lessons.

Now Place a clothes peg over your nose and repeat this a few times while sipping on an ice cold beer.

AvagoodweekendmateanDIDJABRINGTHEBEERALONG?

There endeth the OZ lesson
