| There are two connectors at the speedo; 16 pin and 12 pin. The 16 pin connector is the upper one. However if you actually need to determine which wire goes to which terminal then you'll have to check the wiring diagram in the Factory Service Manual.

| mine 12 pin plug broke into pieces when i tried to pull out the plug.so i need to figure out which wire goes to which pin on the speedo. read the electrical diagram, but it didnt show the position of the wiring at the plug. i was trying to check out the smd led on the speedo. having problems getting the needles off so gave up before further damage to the unit. |

| Chris, The 12 Pin terminal has two vertical tracks of male terminals. They are numbered; 1 at the lower left with terminal 6 at the upper left; and terminal 7 at the lower right and 12 at the top right.
Assuming that the 1 terminal is at the bottom of the illustration of that combined 12P/16P connection on the wire harness diagram in the FSM (for a 2003 non-ABS model), the terminal connections by color code, from the bottom up, are: 1-N/C; 2-P/O; 3-R/Bl; 4-)Bu/Bl; 5- W/Bl; 6-N/C; 7-N/C; 8-W/Bu: 9-N/C; 10-Bu/R; 11-Bu;12-Y/G. Of course N/C = No Connection

| Well, given that we've identified the terminal numbers, then possibly you can get someone from the Singapore forum to post a picture of that 16P/12P connection for your model. Then use those color codes and positions to repair your connection.
