| Hello. Im Chas from West Central Ohio and my wife and I bought an 09 SWing on Monday. We've already put 200+ miles on it, and are having a blast. It came with 12400 miles, has a GIVI windshield, and a GIVI trunk. I'm already seeing alot of useful information on the site, thank you. How many years, and miles of use can I expect? |

| CnR, I got my 2009 late last summer. It had 30K miles on it. While I am not riding as much as I used to and a friend owned it before and I know how well he maintains his bikes the mileage was not a concern.
There are reports of Swings with well over 100K miles. So I would say you have a long life left in your Swing.
By the way welcome to the BEST Swing site bar none! Lots of help and advice spoken here.

| Hello Chas & Mrs. Chas! SteveO's 'well over 100K miles' is reportedly over 150,000 miles so yours is barely run in! |

| Welcome to the site and nice looking SWing. If you do the maintenance it should last over 100,000 miles. There is plenty of info to do your maintenance here and it is pretty easy. They are nice bikes. |

| Sweet looking 09!!! I live 60 miles north of Dallas and rode mine to Kerrville,Tx where I camped out and then rode farm to market roads 335,336,and 337 known as the twisted sisters...put a little over 1000 miles on this 3 day trip....The bike was flawless. Enjoy your ride!!! |

| Hi CnR and welcome to the site. As said before, lots of great information and people willing to help here.
I have an 08 Wing with a bit over 19,000 miles on it. I've only had it a couple of months but love it.
I'm going to take a shot in the dark here but, I gather the C in CnR stands for Chas as in your intro. Here's the guess: Does the R stand for Roberta? That's just what popped into my head. And, no kidding, it actually popped. I heard it. I did. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Or maybe it was that aneurism popping. Who knows...
It's early and I've only had one cup of coffee so far.
Very nice looking Wing too. Nice color. |

| Welcome aboard Chas from West Central Ohio! As noted from others on this site, there are a lot of knowledgeable folks on here that are more than willing to help a brother out with anything you may want to do. I just put a new V Belt on my 2002 that was a snap after watching the video on how to do it. Sure beats paying Honda to do it like I did last time! Welcome. . . . . |
