Picked up a 2004 today

Subject: Picked up a 2004 today Mon Jun 30, 2014 4:18 am

Picked up a 2004 today for 1,800.00. She's got 5,232 miles on her. I had an '02 a couple years back but sold it as I found myself riding the reflex more. The reflex now has just under 76,000 miles on it, an '01 model, and I was looking through Craigslist for another reflex. Found many Swings for sale, and made an offer on this one and they accepted. The reflex's I was looking at were similarly priced, so how could I could go wrong with a Swing instead? It's back to fun times ! bounce

I wish you luck, I tried to get a hitch but he said he closed shop in June

Dennis went on a fishing trip and closed up shop till he came home but he has been back for a while. He sometimes closes shop during the hottest time of the summer as he works out of his home garage with no air conditioning. You need to send him a PM or an email to find out if he can fill orders.

Hey flaboye. I'm new to this site and my recently purchased Swing but I'm already impressed by this site's folks and tech articles. Although I'm new to the SWing I've owned a bunch of bikes and a couple of scooters so one thing I do recommend is to change all your fluids now. That includes the engine/filter, brakes, coolant, rear-end/trany etc. I was lucky and found a new 2012 for a good price but almost purchased a 2007. If used I would also take a look at the clutch/variator area and clean if needed. There's a filter back there also and don't forget the engine air filter. So far I'm loving the SWing and am lucky to live in an area with good biking weather year round.
