| Linda,
Here is a link for many trailers:

You might try harbor freight too. |

| That thread already runs to three pages. It took me a while to find the relevant information. Let's not be too harsh to a new member who may not know their way around. |

| I don't think anyone joins a forum without having a good read of the contents first, some new members even say they've been lurking on here for ages before joining. |

| I bow to your far superior knowledge and experience, though my own is at variance with yours. However, I retract my suggestion that we be nice to a new member. |

| That's OK, but you were on that awful " lovers of fun" Burgman Riders UK forum before you bought a Silver Wing. |

Thank you. I agree with you there's no need to be rude to a new member, or any member really, and support your position. |

| I was not rude. I was the first person to politely direct her to where she could find the information. I expressed my frustration at those directions being ignored. I did not curse, belittle, or get aggressive.
Yes Colin it took a while to find the info in the topic. But it doesn't take long to find the topic itself. It isn't hiding. Especially when the topic was still in the "Latest Topics" box on the left hand side. And in the same sub forum just a few topics down from her post.
Now can we get back to the topic of Trailers for Silverwings? |

| I think the person who reported the post is out-of-order and I've told him so. He is not the offended party, if indeed a 'party' has been offended. Back to trailers. We have very strict rules over here regarding motorcycles towing trailers - Meldrew's mentioned them before and others may have done. There are weight-limits, maximum dimensions and so on. There's an excellent company in the Netherlands that makes a whole range of suitable trailers. |

What on earth has that to do with 'the price of fish'? I fail to see a connection, other than that I owned a Burgman at the time!!! Dan, I did not say that you were rude. I merely tried to suggest that a new member may need a little assistance finding their way around.. By no means do all new members lurk for ages before joining. If they did, then they would know that we like their first post to be an introduction, instead of the more usual plea for help. |
