Picked up my new Silver Wing a week ago in Elizabeth City NC.  Primarily using it for commuting to/from Naval Air Station Norfolk.  So far, I LOVE IT!  Looking forward to reading and picking up some great information here.

Welcome to the site. This is the best Wing site for information and friendly conversation, in my opinion.

I have an 08 Wing with just over 19,xxx miles on it and love it. I get around 50 mpg and next week will order a new set of tires for it from http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/
The ones I'm looking at are Pirelli Diablo tires front and back for $131 total and free shipping. I will also be adding a bottle of Ride On to both tires once I get them mounted. The tires on it now have good tread but it sat for 2 years and both have tiny weather cracks in the sidewall which prevents me from trying any LONG trips on it.
