I don't know what you mean by "saddlebag support".
Are you asking for a hard frame to mount saddlebags to?
Are you asking for something that will protect saddlebags from rubbing against the plastic?

The one in your picture is the Givi one for the right side only and is no longer available.
I suspect you've found the Fehlings chrome bars and they are expensive!
They list racks for saddlebags but they are for the new Silverwings and don't fit ours.

If you splash out on the Fehilings bars be aware that the chrome-plating now leaves much to be desired and they are prone to rust at the joins. I smeared Vaseline on the bar-joints when I had them on my X9.

The one you see is for the ST 400.
The only thing that comes close is Fehling rails.
They are  designed as protection rails and you would have to mount your own luggage rack.

Check this thread out.
https://www.silverwing600.com/t6153-hard-saddle-bags

What most people do is get a pair of saddle bags that can attach to each other.
They lift up the seat. Throw the bags across the open area and lock the seat back down over the cross straps.
In some cases there is an understrap that goes beneath and attaches the bags as well.
This way they don't bounce on bumps and are less likely to rub against the paint.

If you are worried about that the best thing to do is get clear plastic sheeting that is adhesive.
The same stuff offered for key guards. Bags will rub on the plastic and not the paint.

Others use tail bags, tank, bags or other bags they can strap to the rear seat.

Fehling from Germany---try Twisted Throttle===not cheap, but safe----Givi E-21 bags should work.

Throw over---Ortlieb water proof---Aero stich has.

Think about how big the area is that you want to protect.
Perhaps it is the size of an ipad?
Maybe an ipad screen protector will work. depending on the adhesive?
I dunno what adhesive is used for those protectors.

Other sources below. What you are looking for are products like these:

http://www.amazon.com/Amico-Vehicle-Handle-Scratch-Protector/dp/B006U60RCE

http://www.surfaceguard.com/marketsandapplications/automotive.html

http://solutions.3m.com/wps/portal/3M/en_US/3M-Automotive/Aftermarket/Our-Brands/Scotchgard-Pro-Series/

http://www.clearguardusa.com/clearguard-paint-protection-film-by-3m/

Now that you've got the idea of what I am talking about, you'll have to search further for the size you want to use, and price.
