| Welcome to the best Silverwing site on the web. With a older bike that has that low of mileage you probably still have the original tires and drive belt. If you plan on taking any long trips you should replace them. If you plan on staying close to home you could probably get away with just keeping an eye on your tires for any signs of cracking or dry rot. I just bought a low mileage 07 Silverwing and the tires still look new. So I'm using it for local riding and I'm using my high mileage 08 when I do longer rides. Today a few of us went for a couple hundred mile ride so I pulled my 08 out and used it. As for addons my first things would be mirror extenders and the Givi AF214 windshield. Here is a link for mirror extenders . |
