advanced safety vehicle video using the honda silver wing

watched this short video on you tube today using the Honda silver wing scooter to show safety computer systems you might find available on motorcycles and helmets in the future what's your thoughts on this sort of technology in the video that's in some cars now moving onto motorcycles a good thing or to much of a distraction for the rider
I like the idea of camera information technology as in the video on bikes and have tried a rear view camera on my silver wing but found I couldn't see the screen picture due to strong sunlight the cost of a better quality screen and camera needed was to much to carry on with that idea

Well, jeez, with all those folks riding on the wrong side of the road it's no wonder there are so many accidents

On a more serious note I would like to see (no pun intended) an infrared night vision heads-up windscreen display which would show heat signatures and warn of any roadside critters which may wander onto then roadway.
