| Hi All, Hope all is well. I finally received my Corbin seat. It took about 25 minutes to remove the old one and put the new one on. I ended up selecting the Black Bomber Jacket Leather and it looks great! it took 9 weeks to receive it. Very comfortable and a bit more wider. Only tested it for about 30 minutes. Look forward to this weekend for a long ride (weather permitting) . Special thanks to Tracab, he was able to answer a few questions for me prior to ordering. Thanks Tracab!!!!

| Deno070 I don't know if you saw the post I made awhile back about a backrest for the Corbin Seat. but I found a Backrest For Corbin Seat for $27.95 that works as good as a $217 Corbin backrest. Here's a link to the backrest I found for the Corbin seat. I hope you enjoy your new seat, I'm almost sure you will. |

| Gentlemen,
Sorry I have not replied any sooner. Thank you! Model, thanks for the heads up on the backrest. I can not use one though since I had the seat modified so much they were not able to put the backrest option on it. MajikalJoe, have a great time on your trip. Hi Yo, thanks! Your still cool in my book brotha.

| Denis how is your seat modified? Did you get more legroom? I bought a used Corbin seat off someone on this forum and I resold it to a friend. The Corbin I bought was lower and closer to the dash. I need to sit as far back in the stock seat without the butt stop and I need the height of the stock seat so my legs are not bent when stopped. I would like the Corbin seat if it gave me as much or even more legroom than stock. |

| Hi Roger,
I had the seat raised 1" higher and the butt rest pushed back 3". Since it was so far back they could not put the backrest attached to the pan. No problem on my part though. The ride is totally different now. I have more control and way better comfort. Only one little thing though, not sure if it's due to the Bomber leather I chose but the seat is just a bit slippery. Just so you get a better idea. I am 6'5" with a 36 inseam. I cannot stretch out all the way. But well enough to enjoy the Swing even more.

| One other thing. I know they have a location in FL. If you are close enough you can actually go there and get the fitting exact. That's what the rep told me from Ca. |

| Deno thank you for the information. I bought the used Corbin because the seller offered it for half the price of a new one. I was so happy to find one I could afford I didn't even think to ask if it was lower or taller than a stock seat. Maybe someday I'll be able to buy a Corbin seat new. Then I can ride over to the Fl. location and have it custom fitted. |
