Hi All,
Newbe checking in to say Hello. I have a 2010 ABS Silver wing that I bought new. I am looking forward to learning more about my ride from all of you. Thanks Jeff for the site.

Thank you all for the warm welcome! Regio I am in Perry Ga about 25 miles south of Macon.
The only mod I have done to my Wing is the addition of a Givi Airflow windshield. I love this windshield and the ability to change airflow as I choose. Smile

I just recently got back to riding my swing. I had cataracts in both eyes that prevented me from using my scoot (safely ) and my car BUT thanks to modern science I had two eye implants done and now see better than 20/20. Now I can plan some rides like the one in the works to visit a friend in Florida. Not an epic ride by any means just five hours South and five Back. I am waiting for this dang winter blast to get on its way. It was 34 degree's here this morning and I like to get an early start. Other than that I try to use my scoot for everything and anywhere I want to go. We have been planning to see the country North of Atlanta for awhile now as Ga is our adopted home and deserves checking out. Smile

The Dragon is high on our list of rides as well!

The Cherohala Skyway is a great way to or from the Dragon. I much prefer it to the Dragon. It runs from Tellico Plains, Tennessee, to Robbinsville, North Carolina. The Dragon is only 10 to 15 minutes away.

Silver Dave I use to live in Ferndale Wa and would LOVE to ride out to WA someday! Bet the riding is amazing around Mt Baker and Mt Shuksan!! U keep an eye out! I will head that way one of these days! (Gotta get that pistol first!)
Side note- Ga riders- we should form a group!

I live in south- central Florida now but I lived in Covington, Ga for 28 years.

We are still having perfect riding weather here.

I love to ride Ga 19 through the mountains. We called it thunder road.

Hi guys Chuck here,,, I signed into this site quite a while ago but I did not remember my log in information. I created a new account found my old one through the members section and contacted the administrators about my duel status. Sorry for the confusion but I'm not only back to riding my Wing but where I should be on this site.
I think a riding group would be a great idea for us Ga folks. This state has lots of beautiful places to visit. Regio a pistol is not a bad thing to have,,,,and Georga has some of the most progressive laws in place. I always carry when I am out and about,,better safe than sorry.
Just for edification my handle Skyman is due to the fact that I spent many years as an Alaskan bush pilot. Ride safe

Alaska is a very interesting place with lots of things to see. I hope you do get there to check it out. Tiny house conversion? whats up with that? I try to make my Wing my only ride,,fun, shopping, etc whatever needs doing away from home. I just like the feeling I get when I am scooting, good for the soul. I do have a few stories but amazing,, probably not, just everyday life in an amazing place.

Leave the pistol if you plan to ride to Alaska. You won't get across the border into Canada with a side arm. Smile
