Looking at 09 Wing-What To Look For?

Am going to see a 09 Wing Tuesday. Has 5,700 miles (at dealer).
What do I need to look at & look out for on my visual and riding "inspection"?

ABS?
Tires?----probably need replacement soon
Any extras? Windshield, Seat, Top Case (if so, by whom and does it have extra lights)
Maintenance history, if available

Dealer? Are they close?

I would want ABS, most else can be added. After 08 ( I think ) the mileage improved. I would look for a stock engine and running gear. At 5700 miles you should be ok.

Cosmetics are the costly parts on the Silverwing just like it's big brother the Goldwing. If it looks good and not scraped up it's probably good. With such low mileage there shouldn't be much wrong with it, belts, engine and drive system should be in fine shape. Battery might be needing replacement if it's been sitting a long time. Inspect the tires for checking and wear, the front one might be nearing replacement. The '09 was as good as the SW gets, hope you get one with ABS but if not they're still a great bike. Neither of the two I've owned had ABS.
