Looking to buy a used SW with 60000 km?

Hello to all:)

After 2 years of owning KLR 650 I sold it a month ago...just not confortable enough and painfull after 3h ride....My eye is set now on SW. I am 44 and I love the look of it...Found one not to far from me with 60000 km (about 37000 miles)...It is 2006 model...

My question is how good and reliable are these engines....what is a life spand of one and should I be woried or stay awy from purchasing it...I mean 60000 km a car is nothing,how about SW...

In reality I guess it depends on the life it's had and the price.

Before my recent unpleasantness my '03 had over 97000 miles on the clock. Like Hot Wings said, "It's a Honda"

Alefone you could travel 2 hrs west and buy my black 2005 with 24800 klm's on the clock. New tires, new belt, new Givi windscreen, topbox, Garmin GPS, hitch and trailer for behind the bike. Plus a bunch of other gadgets and gizmos. All mint, always stored inside. $3000.

Alefone welcome to the best Silverwing forum on the web. At $1,400 Cad I think it's a good deal that I would go for if I was looking for one.
