| I want to thank everybody for their help in helping me choose a belt, and a rear tire for my swing. Today I ordered the Pirelli Diablo tire for the rear, and I also ordered the Honda OEM belt. While doing the research on the Belt, I seen a lot of you swing Riders have upgraded to the doctor pulley 26 gram sliders. I have also ordered those as well. I cannot wait until these parts start coming this weekend so I can start to do the work. My only concern is that variator tool. Does anybody know how to make one, or can you link me to a site on how to make one?
Thanks again Chas

| This is the video I used to replace my belt and install the sliders. http://tinyurl.com/oo95c7l Here's a photo of the Variator tool I used. If I remember right the bolts are 1/4 20 bolts. The long arm can be an inch or so longer. When I made mine I cut it about 1/4" too short and had to put a spacer under it so it wouldn't turn. |

| In making the variator tool, does anyone know approx how far apart the 2 holes are? Referring to where the bolts would go to make sure the front pulley doesn't spin... |

| Yes, I would know how to do that however my friend is making the tool for me tonight and I won't have it taken off until tomorrow. That's why I was kind of wondering if anybody knew the dimensions off the top of her head LOL |
