No not on the wall but your bike. I'm not having any problem with mine but I don't know if one of the two previous owners replaced them with aftermarket. My question is how long is an OEM stalk compared to after market? My mirror (s) stalks are 3 inches from base to mirror, overall sight picture close to 10 inches from base to the mirrors furthest outside upper corner.

oldwingguy...I have 1.5-in extenders on my mirrors. The stalk is 3-inches and base to outside upper corner is 11.5-in. I would guess that you have the OEM setup. I can't say for sure as the extenders were on my Swing when I bought it. |

Ok, thank you. So far the Givi windshield and the unmounted Givi box appear to be the only mods.

Get a set of old CB750 mirrors. '69 and on----long stems, true picture rear, you don't see shoulders dressed in winter gear. Dennis Kirk good source.

yes, I would rather buy a set of long stem mirrors than install extenders. Looks better and one more screw joint less that can vibrate loose. There is a multitude available and the cost is only marginally more than fitting extenders. Plus you will have your originals as spares, if you happen to break one.
