Nearly hit a flying bird on the way home from work last night. I had to duck as it seemed to be heading straight for my helmet. Caught the excitement on my Safety (Virb) Cam.

Happens in England a lot on country lanes, only usually it's Pheasants, only our roads are very bendy, not like yours, so coming around a bend at fifty mph and finding a sheep in the middle of the road ,a bit hairy at times.

We have seabirds that are attracted to the head lights of your vehicle. Nothing like driving in the dark and seeing a white seabird moments from hitting you. Thankfully the speed limit is 50. Still unnerving.

I've come round a bend here (not all our roads are straight, we've got some good ones, too) and wound up braking hard into the middle of a group of small deer
